what does one say about the latest incident at jaipur?what manner of man will willingly,delibrately set out to kill and maim innocent people who you do not know,have no enemity against,have no grudge against;which religion sanctions or tolerates this?certainly not islam in whose name all manner of nefarious things are carried out.how does one counter such madness?by ensuring that peace is maintained,by ensuring harmony,by ensuring help to each other in this tiome of need,by refraining from encouraging rumours.on the preventive front do we need a law like POTA?what is this law which is considered a solution for such acts of violence?has anybody cared to read it?can this substitute developing intelligence and solid policing?
